Lemon Tree Hotels shareholders approved Patanjali Keswani as Chairman, effective April 2027

Lemon Tree Hotels Limited announced that members approved the appointment of Patanjali Govind Keswani as Chairman and Non-Executive Director, effective April 1, 2027. Keswani, who currently serves as Chairman and Executive Director since October 1, 2025, will step down from his executive responsibilities on March 31, 2027, to ensure continuity and strategic guidance during succession planning.
