Mega Fin (India) Limited announced that its members approved the appointment of M/s. Mathur & Co., Chartered Accountants, as the company's statutory auditors for a term from the conclusion of the Extraordinary General Meeting on September 21, 2026, until the conclusion of the ensuing Annual General Meeting, and M/s. Nishtha Khandelwal & Associates as the secretarial auditor for the financial year 2025-26, commencing April 1, 2025.
