Wheels India Limited allotted shares worth Rs 179.99 crore to TSF Investments and others

Wheels India Limited announced that its board of directors approved the allotment of 12,32,031 fully paid-up equity shares at a price of Rs 1461 per share, totaling Rs 179,99,97,291, to TSF Investments Limited, Mr. Srivats Ram, Ms. Nivedita Ram, and Ms. Gita Ram. The company received in-principle approval from the National Stock Exchange of India Limited on September 16, 2026, and shareholder approval on September 17, 2026, for the preferential issue.
