Aadhar Housing Finance appoints Nikhil Goyal as Non-Executive Director following member approval

Aadhar Housing Finance Limited announced that members of the company approved the appointment of Mr. Nikhil Goyal (DIN: 09170911) as a Non-Executive (Nominee) Director, liable to retire by rotation, following a Postal Ballot concluded on September 19, 2026, and his initial appointment as an Additional Director on August 12, 2026. Mr. Goyal is currently Managing Director within the private equity business group of Blackstone Advisors India Private Limited.
