Ballarpur Industries issued Rs 57.5 crore in debentures to Infotel and Belgrave

Ballarpur Industries Limited has allotted 5,750 listed, rated, unsecured, redeemable, non-convertible debentures with a face value of Rs 1,00,000 each, totaling Rs 57,50,00,000, on a private placement basis, according to a regulatory filing. The debentures, maturing on September 21, 2029, were issued to Infotel Technologies Private Limited and Belgrave Investment Fund to meet the company's working capital requirements.
