Waaree Energies Limited announced it has secured an order on September 21, 2026, to supply 2 GW of solar modules from a leading domestic solar developer. The order, a one-time arrangement, will be fulfilled over the financial years 2026-27 and 2027-28, with the commercial consideration reflecting the supply of the 2 GW of solar modules. The company noted that neither the promoter group nor any group companies have any interest in the entity awarding the order, and the transaction does not constitute a related party transaction.
