Super Bakers (India) Limited announced that shareholders approved the appointment of Ms. Rajkumari R. Udhwani and Mr. Parth B. Thakkar as Non-Executive & Women Independent Director and Non-Executive & Independent Director, respectively, for five-year terms effective September 1, 2026, and appointed M/s. Kashyap R. Mehta & Partners as Secretarial Auditors for five consecutive years commencing from the financial year 2026-27 to 2030-31.
