HDFC AMC’s committee approved equity share allotments under employee stock option schemes

HDFC Asset Management Company Limited announced on September 21, 2026, that its Share Allotment Committee approved the allotment of 2,62,572 equity shares under the Employee Stock Option Scheme – 2020 and 292 equity shares under the Employees Stock Options and Performance-linked Stock Units Scheme – 2025, resulting in a paid-up share capital of Rs 2,14,53,66,990 consisting of 42,90,73,398 equity shares.
