S H Kelkar closes trading window ahead of September 2026 financial results release

S H Kelkar and Company Limited will close its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with Securities and Exchange Board of India regulations and the company’s code of conduct.
