BlackBuck shareholders approved a Rs 39.5 crore authorized share capital amendment at their AGM

BlackBuck Limited, formerly known as Zinka Logistics Solutions Limited, announced that its shareholders approved an amendment to the company’s Memorandum of Association at its Annual General Meeting on September 18, 2026, substituting the existing Clause V relating to share capital with a new clause stating the authorized share capital is Rs 39,50,00,000 divided into 39,50,00,000 equity shares of Rs 1 each.
