Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC Limited announced the allotment of 16,637 equity shares on September 21, 2026, pursuant to the exercise of Restricted Stock Units and Stock Options under the Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC Limited Employee Stock Option Scheme 2021, increasing the company's paid-up Equity Share Capital from Rs 1,44,67,92,490 to Rs 1,44,68,75,675.
