Dixon Technologies subsidiary Adivistar to manufacture electronics, including smartphones, in India

Dixon Technologies (India) Limited announced the incorporation of a subsidiary company, Adivistar Electronics India Private Limited, on September 21, 2026, following a previous announcement on August 12, 2026. Dixon paid Rs 25,50,00,000 to subscribe to 25,50,000 equity shares of face value Rs 10 each in Adivistar, acquiring a 51% shareholding. Adivistar, incorporated on August 13, 2026, will operate as an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) of electronic devices, including smartphones, and the acquisition is intended to bolster manufacturing excellence and strengthen Dixon's foothold in the android smartphone ecosystem in India.
