3C IT Solutions & Telecoms (India) Limited has received a purchase order worth Rs 2,36,00,000 for the supply and provision of DPDP compliance services from a domestic cooperative bank, marking a continuation of the company's ordinary course of business. The order, which includes a second-year annual maintenance contract of Rs 36,00,000 plus GST, is expected to be executed within approximately 12-14 weeks from the project kickoff, and does not involve any related party transactions.
