Allcargo Global Limited reported a monthly operational update for August 2026, revealing that Less-than-Container Load (LCL) volume decreased by 7% year-on-year to 711 thousand cubic meters, attributed to the ongoing rationalization of loss-making trade lanes, while Container utilization and 40-foot container usage improved; Full-Container Load (FCL) volume stood at 51,023 TEUs, down 5% year-on-year but up 4% month-on-month, partially impacted by the crisis in the Middle East; and Air volume totaled 2,796 tons, a 6% decline year-on-year and a 2% increase month-on-month. The company anticipates resilient peak season demand and constrained capacity to keep freight rates elevated in the near term.
