Krishival Foods halts trading for employees ahead of quarterly financial results release

Krishival Foods Limited will close its trading window for designated employees starting Thursday, October 1, 2026, in connection with the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, the company said in a filing to the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the financial results are declared to the stock exchanges.
