Shashijit Infrprojects faces shareholder proposal to remove Director Ajit Jain

Shashijit Infrprojects Limited announced that it received a special notice from member Rajesh Kumar Sodhani, holding 90,00,000 equity shares, representing approximately 12.38% of the company’s paid-up equity share capital, proposing the removal of Mr. Ajit Jain from the office of Director, and the board approved including a resolution for his removal as an additional item of special business at the company’s 19th Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 30, 2026.
