Tata Motors will close its securities trading window ahead of Q2/H1 results

Tata Motors Limited, formerly TML Commercial Vehicles Limited, will close its trading window for securities transactions from Wednesday, September 23, 2026, in anticipation of the announcement of its financial results for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, according to a filing with the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the results are declared to the stock exchanges.
