Nippon Life India Asset Management allotted shares under multiple employee stock option schemes

Nippon Life India Asset Management Limited’s Allotment Committee approved the allotment of 72,626 equity shares under the “Nippon Life India Asset Management Limited - Employee Stock Option Plan 2019,” 15,811 equity shares under the “Nippon Life India Asset Management Limited - Employee Stock Option Scheme 2023,” and 3,985 equity shares under the “Nippon Life India Asset Management Limited - Performance Linked Stock Unit Scheme 2023,” on September 21, 2026. Consequently, the company’s issued, subscribed, and paid-up equity share capital increased to 64,00,41,982 equity shares of face value Rs 10 each, totaling Rs 6,40,04,19,820.
