BlackBuck Limited allotted equity shares to employees under its 2016 and 2019 ESOP schemes

BlackBuck Limited announced the allotment of 73,550 equity shares with a face value of Re. 1 each to employees under the BlackBuck Limited Employee Stock Option Scheme 2016 (ESOP 2016) and BlackBuck Limited Employee Stock Option Scheme 2019 (ESOP 2019), following a circular resolution by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee on September 21, 2026; 65,117 shares were allotted under ESOP 2016 and 8,433 under ESOP 2019, increasing the company’s issued, subscribed, and paid-up equity share capital from Rs 18,21,67,195 to Rs 18,22,40,745.
