Span Divergent Ltd. will restrict insider trading around financial results announcements

Span Divergent Ltd., formerly Span Diagnostics Ltd., will close its trading window for promoters, directors, designated persons, and their relatives from October 1, 2026, until forty-eight hours after the announcement of the company’s standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations.
