Indian Oil Corporation’s board approved statutory auditor appointments by the C&AG for 2026-27

Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Ltd. that its board noted the appointment of statutory auditors for the year 2026-27, made by the Office of the Comptroller and Auditor General of India (C&AG), New Delhi. The appointed firms are M/s Rama K Gupta & Co, M/s Borkar & Muzumdar, M/s S Guha & Associates, and M/s MKPS & Associates LLP, with Rama K Gupta & Co., Borkar & Muzumdar, and S Guha & Associates being newly appointed and MKPS & Associates LLP being reappointed.
