Kirloskar Ferrous Industries Limited appointed Ajay Shriram Patil as Joint Managing Director for a three-year term, effective September 21, 2026, and also co-opted him as an Additional Director. Additionally, the company appointed Ankur Gupta as Deputy Chief Financial Officer, effective October 1, 2026. The postal ballot cut-off date was fixed as October 2, 2026, for ascertaining the list of members eligible to vote electronically.
