Purple Agrotech Industries Limited, formerly known as Purple Entertainment Limited, will close its trading window for promoters, directors, key managerial personnel, designated employees, and their immediate relatives and other connected persons, effective October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s unaudited financial results for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026.
