Century Plyboards will restrict trading for insiders ahead of September earnings announcement

Century Plyboards (India) Ltd. informed the BSE Ltd. and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. that it will close the trading window for directors, designated persons, and their immediate relatives starting October 1, 2026, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's code of conduct; the window will reopen 48 hours after the announcement of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, with the board meeting date to be announced later.
