Antelopus Selan Energy Limited’s committee allotted 65,063 shares under its employee stock option scheme

Antelopus Selan Energy Limited, formerly known as Selan Exploration Technology Limited, announced that its Nomination and Remuneration Committee has allotted 65,063 equity shares with a face value of Rs 10 each, pursuant to the exercise of options under the Antelopus Selan Energy Limited Employees Stock Option Scheme – 2022 (formerly Selan Exploration Technology Limited Employees Stock Option Scheme – 2022), bringing the total number of shares allotted under the scheme to 1,25,462 out of an approved total of 2,31,472.
