Shanmuga Hospital Limited informed the BSE Limited that its members approved amendments to the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association at the 6th Annual General Meeting held on September 18, 2026, including additions to the main object clause to provide support services to medical colleges and deal in computer software and digital applications, and alterations to the Articles of Association involving insertions, substitutions, and deletions of various clauses, subject to approval from the Registrar of Companies.
