Regency Fincorp Limited will hold a board meeting on Wednesday, September 23, 2026, to consider the issuance of Listed, Rated, Secured and Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures on a private placement basis, the appointment of a Debenture Trustee, the issuance of Employee Stock Options (ESOPs) to eligible employees, the issuance of Equity Shares/Warrants/Compulsorily Convertible Debentures (CCDs) on a preferential basis, and an increase in the company’s Authorised Share Capital.
