Hiliks Technologies receives Rs 16.56 crore from investors for equity shares and warrants

Hiliks Technologies Limited announced the allotment of 23,00,000 equity shares to non-promoter investors including Aegis Investment Fund PCC, Niveza Small Cap Fund, Orbit Global Softsol Private Limited, Enes Global Softek Private Limited, and Sri Vinayaka Enterprises, for a total consideration of Rs 16,56,00,000. The company also allotted 11,50,000 convertible warrants to non-promoter investors including Enact Technologies Private Limited, Manoharben Jamnalal Kabra, Nirmalaben Manubhai Chabaria, and Rajendrakumar Sukhraj Jain, with a total consideration of Rs 8,28,00,000, payable in installments over 18 months.
