Paul Merchants Limited re-appointed Ritesh Vaid as Director for five years, with approved remuneration

Paul Merchants Limited announced that its members approved the re-appointment of Ritesh Vaid as Director, liable to retire by rotation, at the company's 42nd Annual General Meeting on September 18, 2026, and subsequently re-appointed him as Designated Whole Time Director for a term of five years commencing October 1, 2026, and ending on September 30, 2031, with remuneration approved from October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2029, within a range of Rs 30.00 lakhs to Rs 50.00 lakhs.
