Arrow Greentech shareholders appointed M/s KNAV & Co. LLP as Statutory Auditors for five years

Arrow Greentech Ltd. announced that at its 34th Annual General Meeting held on September 18, 2026, shareholders approved the appointment of M/s KNAV & Co. LLP as the company’s Statutory Auditors for a term of five consecutive years, effective from the conclusion of the 34th AGM until the conclusion of the 39th AGM, replacing M/s Haribhakti & Co. LLP, whose second term concluded at the same meeting.
