Bhageria Industries closes securities trading window ahead of financial results release

Bhageria Industries Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in securities of the company will be closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026.
