Cosmic Springs & Engineers Limited secures Rs 589.96 lakh purchase orders from a Kolkata-based firm

Cosmic CRF Limited announced that its subsidiary, Cosmic Springs & Engineers Limited, has secured purchase orders totaling Rs 589.96 Lakhs from an Engineering & Infrastructure Industry in Kolkata. The orders, involving 504 MT of fabricated structural steel, are to be executed within three months and represent a domestic order from a company in which promoters have no interest. The disclosure was made on September 19, 2026, in compliance with SEBI’s Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements.
