Sambandam Spinning Mills Limited held its 52nd Annual General Meeting on Friday, September 18, 2026, attended by 34 members including promoter and promoter group directors, according to a filing with the Bombay Stock Exchange. During the meeting, Chairman addressed shareholders on the company’s performance and outlook, while Company Secretary S. Natarajan briefed shareholders on the e-voting process which began on September 13, 2026, and will be followed by the declaration of results within two working days.
