CreditAccess Grameen allocates shares to employees under its 2011 stock option plan

CreditAccess Grameen Limited announced the allotment of 33,689 equity shares of Rs 10 each to 18 employees who exercised options under the CAGL Employees Stock Option Plan – 2011, according to a filing with the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited on September 18, 2026.
