Sai Life Sciences allotted equity shares under its 2008 plan, increasing capital

Sai Life Sciences Limited announced the allotment of 24,000 fully paid-up equity shares with a face value of Rs 1 each under its Employees Stock Option Plan 2008, according to a regulatory filing on September 18, 2026. The allotment increased the company's issued, subscribed, and paid-up equity share capital from Rs 21,23,94,217 to Rs 21,24,18,216.
