Artson Limited will halt trading for insiders following second quarter results announcement

Artson Limited, formerly Artson Engineering Limited, will close its trading window for all “Designates” and “Insiders” from September 23, 2026, until 48 hours after the public announcement of the company’s unaudited financial results for the second quarter ending September 30, 2026, in compliance with the “Tata Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading and Code of Corporate Disclosure Practices” and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
