Shadowfax Technologies Limited announced that its shareholders approved the appointment of M/s S.R. Batliboi & Associates LLP as statutory auditors for a term of five consecutive years, commencing September 18, 2026, through the conclusion of the 16th Annual General Meeting for the financial year 2030-31, replacing M/s BSR & Co. LLP, whose second term concluded at the 11th Annual General Meeting held September 18, 2026.
