Sambandam Spinning Mills reappoints S.Bhaskaran as director for a three-year term

Sambandam Spinning Mills Limited announced the reappointment of S.Bhaskaran as a director for a second term of 3 years, effective August 14, 2026, at its 52nd Annual General Meeting held on September 18, 2026. Additionally, TCA Srinivasa Prasad, S.Prakash, and Dr. V. Sekar were appointed as Non-Executive Independent Directors for a term of three years, also effective from the conclusion of the September 18, 2026 AGM, while D. Balasundaram completed his tenure as a Non-Executive Independent Director at the same meeting.
