DISA India Limited closes trading window ahead of Q3 results announcement

DISA India Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window will be closed from September 21, 2026, up to 48 hours after the announcement of the results for the quarter ending September 30, 2026, in accordance with the company’s policy under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
