UTI AMC’s committee approved equity share allotment, raising paid-up capital

UTI Asset Management Company Limited announced that its Nomination and Remuneration Committee approved the allotment of 994 equity shares under the ‘UTI AMC Employee Stock Option Scheme – 2007’ on September 17, 2026, increasing the company’s issued and paid-up share capital from Rs 1,28,53,92,280 to Rs 1,28,54,02,220.
