Raama Finance to consider Rs 5 crore NCD allotment at board meeting on September 22

Raama Finance Limited, formerly known as Ramchandra Leasing & Finance Limited, will hold a board meeting on September 22, 2026, to consider and approve the terms and conditions and allotment of Unlisted, Unsecured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures ("NCDs") with a face value of Rs 10,000 each, aggregating up to Rs 5,00,00,000 on a private placement basis, following member approval via postal ballot for an aggregate amount not exceeding Rs 100,00,00,000.
