Mom’s Belief US Inc. was incorporated on April 4, 2025, and reported a turnover of USD 38,25,615 as of March 31, 2026, and operates in the healthcare industry, specializing in allergy and immunology. The transaction, which is considered a related party transaction at arm’s length, will enable Rays of Belief Limited to leverage the subsidiary’s capabilities and explore opportunities for specialized healthcare services.
