M&B Engineering shareholders re-appointed Patel pair as directors for three years

Engineering M&B Engineering Ltd. announced that shareholders approved the re-appointment of Ms. Birva Chirag Patel and Mr. Aditya Vipinbhai Patel as Whole-time Directors for a period of 3 years, effective April 2, 2027, to April 1, 2030, at the company's 44th Annual General Meeting held on September 17, 2026. Ms. Patel holds 40,17,500 equity shares, representing 7.03%, while Mr. Patel holds 20,16,988 equity shares, representing 3.53%, and both are related to other directors of the company.
