SBI Life Insurance granted equity shares to employees via its 2018 stock option scheme

SBI Life Insurance Company Ltd. announced that its Board Stakeholders’ Relationship & Sustainability Committee has allotted 55,501 equity shares of Rs 10 each to employees exercising vested options under the ‘SBI Life Employee Stock Option Scheme 2018’, resulting in a paid-up share capital of Rs 10,03,40,50,730 consisting of 1,00,34,05,073 equity shares.
