Aastha Spintex Limited appoints Utsav Trivedi as Non-Executive Independent Director

Aastha Spintex Limited informed the BSE and NSE that Utsav Himanshu Trivedi has been appointed as a Director in the category of Non-Executive Independent Director, effective September 16, 2026, previously serving as an Additional Director. The company’s board also approved an increase in its authorized share capital from Rs 45,00,00,000 divided into 4,50,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each to Rs 100,00,00,000 divided into 10,00,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each, altering Clause V of its Memorandum of Association.
