GCONNECT LOGITECH appoints Darji and Sheth as directors, while Barad resigns

GCONNECT LOGITECH AND SUPPLY CHAIN LIMITED announced the appointment of Rajiv Chandulal Darji and Ronak Pankaj Bhai Sheth as Additional Executive Directors, effective September 16, 2026, subject to member approval at the next general meeting. The company also noted the resignation of Parthiv Kumar Bharat Bhai Barad as an Independent Director, effective August 25, 2026.
