GSL Securities Ltd. directors resign, new appointments pending Reserve Bank of India approval

GSL Securities Ltd. announced that its board approved the appointment of Shrikant Mitesh Bhangdiya, Aarti Shrikant Bhangdiya, Sonal Kirtikumar Bhangdiya, and Chelikani Veera Venkata Suresh Babu as additional directors, subject to Reserve Bank of India approval. The board also accepted the resignations of Santkumar Bagrodia, the managing director, and Shailja Bagrodia, a director, also pending RBI approval.
