Suratwwala Business Group Limited announced that its subsidiary, Suratwwala Natural Energy Resource Private Limited, has secured a 20MWAC / 28.1 MW DC EPC contract from Shree Tatyasaheb Kore Warana SSK Ltd. for a solar power plant in Sangli, Maharashtra. The order, valued at Rs 69 Crores (excluding GST), encompasses design, supply, construction, installation, testing, commissioning, and operation & maintenance, with a comprehensive operation & maintenance cost of Rs 50,00,000 per year and a minimum guaranteed generation of 42.0048 MUs per year, with a completion timeframe of 4 months. The company confirmed that no promoters, promoter groups, or group companies have any interest in the awarding entity, and the transaction does not constitute a related-party transaction.
