Moschip Technologies Limited allotted shares to employees, increasing outstanding shares to 19,518,342

Moschip Technologies Limited announced that its Nomination and Remuneration Committee approved the allotment of 1,35,409 equity shares to eligible employees following the exercise of options under various MosChip Stock Option Schemes, increasing the company's total outstanding shares to 19,51,83,425 from 19,50,48,016. The allotment realized Rs 83,60,624 excluding tax, and the shares will rank pari-passu with existing shares.
