Zen Technologies transferred shares to employees under its 2021 stock option plan

Zen Technologies Limited announced the transfer of 500 equity shares of Rs 1 face value each to eligible employees under the Zen Technologies Limited Employee Stock Option Plan -2021, from the Zen Technologies Limited Employees Welfare Trust, on September 16, 2026. The exercise price per share was Rs 500, with a premium of Rs 499, and the total issued share capital of the company remains unchanged at 9,02,90,356.
